Souriau 8525 - EN3646 - ASNE005 and MIL-C-26482 I & II:
The 8525 seris of connectors offers Wings customers a light weight version of
the Mil-C-28482 series I & II connector. This rugged high performance
connector series is used in most new aircraft and can be
found in many parts of the aircraft from landing gear to interiors.
The 8525 is a shorter version of the
Mil-C-26482 series II, this connector is the general purpose workhorse of
commercial aviation. The 8225 series is EN3646 qualified and is in accordance
with HE302, NAS1599, ASN-E. Coming in many versions, the series has
many applications. This versatile connector has
excellent mechanical, electrical, and environmental characteristics; it
accommodates #20, # 16, #12, and #16 minicoax contacts and has an RFI shielded
plug.
